Systems Requirements Management Engineer

Within the Business Line Advance Chip Engineering (ACE), we are looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our ADAS/Radar & Audio Systems team in Nijmegen. Primary responsibility will be to chart out requirements for our state-of-the-art ICs in the domain of ADAS & Radar and Radio.

Job Description:

• You will be at the center of IC development, driving Requirements Development for RF-SoCs
• You will be driving the engineering and derivation of system / SoC / IP requirements (both HW, SW & System)
• You will be driving best practices implementation in writing functional, performance, behavioral, safety and quality requirements
• For all the above, you will be working together with our System/IC/IP architects
• You will be working closely with the Requirements Management Team to ensure vertical and horizontal traceability
• You will support a structured project approach and will be part of a team which will encourage healthy debate and incremental innovation
• You will expand your knowledge and experience to raise the bar consistently

Expectations:

• Overall industry experience of 10 years of which minimum of 5 years of experience in Requirements Engineering, System Engineering in SoC/IP domain
• Experienced in Requirements engineering in complex systems development
• Experience in Radio/Radar Systems, Signal Processing, System Security, Functional Safety, Power and Thermal Management is a plus
• Experience with system modelling is a plus
• Hands on knowledge of industry standard Requirements Management tools is a MUST
• Experience in working with project organizations, compliant with ISO9001, IATA 16949, CMMI, ASPICE and Functional Safety standards (ISO26262)
• Ability to debate openly on pertinent topics while challenging self and others in the team
