Technology Insight Engineer – AI & Computational Algorithms

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on AI, computational algorithms, and acceleration libraries by attending international conferences, workshops, and seminars (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML). Engage with industry experts, attend technical presentations, and compile analysis reports to propose innovative solutions.
• Produce in-depth reports on key topics such as AI acceleration libraries, large model training techniques, and algorithm optimization. Assess the commercial potential, technical breakthroughs, and challenges of emerging technologies, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support R&D initiatives related to AI and computational algorithms. Work closely with experts to drive innovation in system design and optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with leading academic organizations (e.g., ACM, IEEE) and industry experts to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Assist in organizing internal seminars and workshops, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration with academic and industry partners.
• Identify promising startups and SMEs in AI and computational algorithms, exploring potential partnerships to enhance technological capabilities.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in AI, computational algorithms, acceleration libraries, and system optimization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and concepts.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe for conferences and seminars.
• Industry experience in AI or computational technologies is preferred.
