Integration Engineer
ERL are working to support a leading global Bio-Pharma manufacturer with their global digital transformation upgrade across multiple sites.
They are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer that has a great understanding of all levels of the Automation Pyramid.
The Integration Engineer Is Ideally
- Knowledgeable for ICSs serving pharma and diagnostic processes such as Process and Building Automation, Visual Inspection, Intralogistics served by mobile mobile Robotics, Modular Manufacturing, Fleet Management.
- Experienced in high quality contribution to the whole ICS lifecycle
- Experienced and motivated to innovate and push over the boundaries the status quo
- Driven by business need and capable to streamline complexities of multiple ICS co-operating simultaneously
- Aware of technological market landscape in the domain of Manufacturing Technologies
- Able to translate Business Requirements into Technical Requirements to support the vendor engagement processes
- Able to understand Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs and interact/contribute within complex project teams (Process engineering, Quality and Compliance, CSV, Project Managers)
- Able to realize and understand Data Flow Diagram
- Motivated to reflect into project deliverables the Product Vision
- The IE has proven records in the domain of Digitalization of Manufacturing processes and IT Architectures and Technologies.
Requirements
The IE should reflect as much as possible the following skills set in relevant experiences at a minimum of 3 years in the role: Event Driven Architecture (EDA), Message Broker, MQTT, IoT Gateway, OPC, BakNet, PCS7, Delta V, Desigo, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Emerson, Solace, HiveMQ, DataHub, Batch Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing, Containers, GMP, GAMP, V-Model, Cloud, Edge, Data Integration, Cyber Security, SNOW.
The IE is expected to work in a SAFe/Agile team, English and German speaking located in the EU area.
