As the General Manager for our operations in India, you will drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of our subsidiary. Your role will encompass overseeing the day-to-day management, building a robust organizational structure, and leading key initiatives that align with our company’s growth and objectives.

Responsibilities 
 

• Strategic Planning & Market Exploration
  • Develop and implement comprehensive year-round strategic plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive business growth.
• Organizational Development:
  •     Establish and refine the company’s organizational and business systems.
  •  Lead the construction of the senior management team and select middle and senior management personnel.
  •  Develop the company’s internal management structure, setup programs, and fundamental management systems.
• Supply Chain Leadership:
  •   Build and lead a proficient supply chain team.
  •   Establish a robust supply chain management system to support business development.
  • Operational Management:
  •   Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Indian subsidiary, including marketing, technical management, assembly manufacturing, and project management.
• Relationship Management:
  •   Maintain relationships with government bodies, major external customers, and foster localization efforts.
  •   Risk Management & Customer Satisfaction:
  •   Develop strategies to prevent customer complaints and strengthen risk management practices,

Requirements
 

• Operational Expertise:
  •   Proven track record in the daily operation, maintenance, and management of an international subsidiary, particularly in the Indian region.
  • Experience in marketing management, technical management, assembly manufacturing, and project management within the manufacturing sector.
• Industry Background:
  •   Background in the manufacturing industry, with a preference for experience in automotive non-standard equipment production line design and manufacturing, such as automotive powertrain equipment and welding equipment.
• Automotive Industry Knowledge:
  •  Familiarity with automotive industry upstream and downstream customers and suppliers.
  •    Preferential consideration for candidates with established customer relationship resources in the automotive industry.
• Educational Background:
  •   Degree in science, engineering, mechanical design, automation, or related fields.
