Sales Manager – Automotive LED
Overview
A leading global company specializing in innovative lighting technology is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive the growth of its automotive lighting solutions business. This role involves developing and managing client relationships, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in lighting applications, and a strong understanding of industry processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate and expand the customer base by targeting small to mid-sized accounts and exploring new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial, technical, and logistical discussions with clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and areas for growth, tailoring sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Willingness to travel for customer visits, events, and training sessions.
