European Tech Recruit has supported Agile Robots since their early-stage as a Munich-based startup. Our partnership began by building their Control and Robotics team and expanded to include critical roles in Electrical Engineering, AI/Deep Learning/Computer Vision, and Finance. As Agile Robots evolved into a unicorn company in 2020, surpassing a billion-dollar valuation, we continued being their trusted recruitment partner, aligning top talent with their pioneering vision.

Within 2-3 months of 2018, 192 qualified candidates from European Tech Recruit were interviewed, resulting in 55 consultant SW engineers and technical leaders placements across all sites. We quickly became the program’s lead recruitment supplier (No.1 of 25 globally).

Having become their top supplier, we continue to prove ourselves with almost one hundred placements in this niche market over the last 7 years.

We started working with Innatera as an early-stage start-up, just 2 years after they were established. Originally tasked with helping them build out their Neuromorphic team, this quickly shifted to assisting with recruitment across all areas of the business including Hardware, Software, and AI.
