Account Manager

Location : Seattle, Washington

Our client offers a wide range of services including Amazon operation, advertising placement, and marketing services. We are seeking two Account Managers with exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of the Amazon market to help us expand in the North American market. As an Account Manager, you will be our primary point of contact with our customers, responsible for maintaining customer relationships and understanding and meeting their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand and master customer business needs, work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate communication and efficient delivery of customer needs.
• Regularly provide business updates and reports, track and manage customer feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our influence in the North American market.

Requirements

• Have 2-3 years of customer relationship management experience in the e-commerce field, especially the Amazon market.
• Have a deep understanding of Amazon operation knowledge, can handle most of the customer’s business problems.
• Have good written expression and refinement skills, can clearly write reports and analysis plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can establish good relationships with people of various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
