Business Development Manager
Location : Remote EU
Our client is a leading Amazon Ecommerce services company who provide complete Amazon end-to-end selling soluttons and integrated services with clients including CPG brands across the world. Now is seeking an experienced BD manager to join the fastgrowing team. – This person will help us explore into new frontters in terms of new markets, new customers, new products and soluttons and new channels by leveraging existtng resources and capabilittes. – This is a unique opportunity and high-proffle role within organizatton for who is willing to take challenges and will thrive as businesses grow into next level.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B business development and strategic partnership in NA. Preferred in Pet, nutritton
supplements, cosmettcs, or CPG categories. - Gather customer requirements and market insights, conduct the research and provide
key inputs to cooperattng teams. - Source the opportunity, formulate business model, drive internal consensus, negottate
and close the agreement and lead partner integratton and joint markettng. - Develop new business and distributton models such as co-dev, co-markettng, white label
revenue share etc. - Establish and maintain the relattons with key partners and customers.
- Work with cross functtonal teams including online sales, markettng and partners,
customers
Requirements
- BS required; MBA preferred.
- Over 5 years business development experience or more.
- Strong relattonship building; Creattve problem solver; Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent written and inter-personal communicatton skills; ability to work successfully with All levels across teams internally and externally
- Strong attentton to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Strong bias for actton with ability to priority, multt-task, and meet deadlines
- Passion to learn and ability to learn fast – Travel required when back to normal.
