Automation Designer – Alfa Laval

We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to support a high-profile third-party project in Lund. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Rockwell Automation systems, specifically Studio 5000 Logix Designer (formerly RSLogix 5000). This is an on-site role requiring hands-on involvement and collaboration with a dynamic engineering team to ensure project success.

Location: Lund, Sweden (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
• Perform on-site configuration, testing, and commissioning of PLC systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver efficient automation solutions.
• Conduct system diagnostics and implement necessary updates or fixes.
• Provide technical support and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Rockwell Automation systems, particularly Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
• Solid understanding of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Ability to work on-site in Lund throughout the project duration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with industrial automation projects.
• Familiarity with related tools and systems in automation environments.
• Certification in Rockwell Automation systems is a plus.
