Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for off-grid energy products? Do you thrive in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth? If so, we’re looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team and lead our expansion across Europe.
As a Sales Manager specializing in off-grid energy solutions, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and maximizing sales revenue. Your primary focus will be on the distribution of off-grid energy products, leveraging your expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets across the European market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market penetration across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding into untapped markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to seize emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
 

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in off-grid energy products.
  • Fluency in German and English (other languages are a plus), with excellent communication skills.
  • Based in Germany, with the flexibility to travel extensively across Europe.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
