FTTH OSP Expert

This role is for a seasoned FTTH OSP Expert to oversee fiber optic internet deployment projects from start to finish at a leading global technology provider. You’ll leverage your expertise to ensure projects are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• FTTH Rollout Maestro: You’ll take ownership of entire FTTH rollout projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing all aspects of execution, ensuring projects meet all specifications.
• Collaboration Champion: Foster a collaborative environment by effectively coordinating with internal teams and external contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bidding Prowess: Represent the company during bidding processes. Your technical expertise will be crucial in developing winning proposals, including technical presentations.
• Project Management Acumen: You possess strong project management skills, adeptly handling timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project goals.
• Communication Cornerstone: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for seamless collaboration across internal teams, external contractors, and clients.
• Regulatory Rockstar: Your in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing FTTH rollout in Germany ensures projects comply with all requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in FTTH rollout, ideally in a project management capacity.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and with external partners.
• Ability to participate in bidding processes, contributing to technical proposals and presentations.
• Deep understanding of relevant regulations and standards governing FTTH rollout in Germany.
• A degree in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
