Regional Sales Manager – South Korea (Industrial AI & Machine Vision Solutions)
Location: South Korea (frequent travel required)
 

About the Company:.
Our client is a rapidly growing provider of industrial AI, machine vision, and automation solutions. Founded in 2017, they have achieved strong success in mainland China and are now expanding internationally. To accelerate growth in the South Korean market, they are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead business development efforts with major clients, particularly in the lithium battery and camera module manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of key players in the South Korean lithium battery and camera module manufacturing industries, including their production processes, technology needs, and purchasing behaviors.

  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies and sales plans tailored to the South Korean market.

  • Drive customer acquisition and build long-term strategic relationships with major manufacturers.

  • Lead and support local sales activities to ensure revenue and growth targets are met or exceeded.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to deliver customized solutions.

  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support the client’s ongoing product and strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in machine vision, robotics, or automation-related software/hardware solutions.

  • Strong industry network and proven experience working with or selling to lithium battery or camera module manufacturers.

  • Familiarity with the production and manufacturing processes of industrial components or electronics.
