Senior Business Development Manager
Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – 4×4 Segment
Location: Australia (Remote)
Industry: Automotive / Off-Grid Power Solutions / 4×4 Accessories
.About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the 4×4 vehicle and off-road segment across Australia. This is a pivotal role focused on expanding our presence in the rapidly growing 4WD market through strong technical sales, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the 4×4/off-road market

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners (e.g., Redarc, Enerdrive, and other industry leaders)

Drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies tailored to the 4×4 market

Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to align customer needs with product offerings
-
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings
-
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to refine approach

Report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management
Requirements:

Proven track record in technical sales or business development, preferably in automotive, electrical systems, or off-grid solutions

Strong understanding of the 4×4/overlanding market in Australia

Established network or experience working with companies like Redarc, Enerdrive, or similar players
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently

Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in electrical engineering, automotive technology, or renewable energy is a plus

Experience in launching or expanding product lines in niche markets
