Staff Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior or Staff Level Product Marketing Engineer to enhance our Automotive Product Marketing Team at our Duesseldorf office. This role is focused on driving the growth of our next-generation Automotive MCU products.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Automotive Microcontrollers
• Gather, define, and closely monitor global customer requirements
• Coordinate projects with key automotive customers
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and design sections to define and monitor roadmaps for microcontrollers
• Work with internal 1st and 2nd level support teams for products
• Report performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
• Develop and drive market introduction plans globally (e.g., lead customers, market segments/applications)
• Ensure the availability and drive the responsible departments to deliver the complete “product package” (documentation, starter kits) for market introduction, including training the sales force for assigned products
• Create public marketing materials such as whitepapers, press releases, webinars, etc.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in electronic engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in product marketing within the semiconductor industry
• Experience in the automotive market, with an understanding of Carmaker and Tier 1 requirements
• Strong knowledge of embedded Microcontrollers and ecosystems
• Ability to understand technical requirements and customer expectations
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and able to work in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with German being an advantage
• Experience with software IT infrastructure and standard PC tools (MS Office)
