Are you a meticulous and forward-thinking professional with expertise in chip architecture technologies? A Fast-growing Semiconductor manufacturer are looking for an experienced SoC Architect, where your proficiency in architecture design and associated programming languages will play a crucial role in shaping their system architectures.
Their mission is to mitigate fundamental risks to society arising from geopolitical tensions, quantum computing advancements, and rapid AI progress. To achieve this, they design and develop semiconductors for ultra-secure data communication, processing, and storage, incorporating ground-breaking innovations in hardware, firmware, and software. Their ambitious long-term product roadmap leverages these innovations while building strategic partnerships to complement their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of system architectures, optimizing performance and scalability using processors.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cores within FPGA-based systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Define and document system specifications, emphasizing integration and FPGA utilization for optimal system performance.
- Implement and optimize system architectures, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues related to integration, ensuring system stability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system architecture design, with a focus on processor design.
- Strong knowledge of SoC architecture, FPGA implementation, and associated languages like Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/Rust and familiarity with scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with VHDL/Verilog coding, FPGA synthesis, and optimization methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Team player mindset, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
