We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Analyst to drive the transition from Aveksa to SailPoint. This is a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth migration and the successful integration of new applications into their IGA environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive migration and onboarding plans.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the primary IGA point of contact for stakeholders.
- Deliver training and workshops on new IGA processes and tools.
- Optimize IGA processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain detailed migration and onboarding documentation.
- Execute migration tasks and configure the SailPoint platform.
- Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Lead the Aveksa to SailPoint migration and manage new application onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Identity and Access Management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration processes.
- Proficiency in SailPoint Identity IQ.
- Proven experience in IGA migration projects.
- Strong research and interview skills.
- Excellent technical communication and presentation abilities.
- Expertise in developing and executing stakeholder communication plans.
- Solid understanding of security technologies, best practices, and frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
