Staff / Senior Staff ATE Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and document test plan for new devices.
• Design and debug test SW & HW for Production & Reliability.
• Debug new silicon.
• Bring quality and cost-effective test solution for mass production.
• Oversee test related activities (HW & SW) with both internal and external test house.
• Implement test programs, modify and release into offsite production.

• In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process
• Must be able to communicate well in English – both written and oral
• Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology
• Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal, PMIC Devices with hands on VLSI ATE experience. System level & RF/SOC experience is a plus
• Strong programming skills in writing and debugging test programs and HW related issues. Competency in programming with Scripting languages (i.e.., Perl/Python) and high-level languages (i.e.., C/C++ or JAVA)
• Highly preferred knowledge on V93000 SOC Tester – Smartest 7 or Smartest 8
• Validated experience with test equipment (i.e.., Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, VNA, etc.)
