IT Coordinator

As the lead for the local IT operations, you will act as the critical link between local business needs and Group IT strategy. Your mission includes:

• Team Leadership: Orchestrating and mentoring a local support team of 4, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the site.

• Strategic Alignment: Serving as the primary IT advisor to the local Managing Director, translating business demands into technical requirements.

• HQ Liaison: Partnering closely with our Munich Headquarters to ensure local infrastructure aligns with global IT standards and policies.

• Infrastructure Ownership: Driving site-specific IT projects, including office moves, hardware lifecycles (IMAC), and the evolution of our network environment.

• Service Excellence: Overseeing 1st level support and ITSM processes, ensuring seamless direct user assistance for hardware and on-site technical issues.

• Modern Workspace Management: Supporting central teams with Teams Rooms configurations and ensuring meeting room technology remains state-of-the-art.

• Compliance & Governance: Guiding internal development teams through central IT security policies to maintain high standards of digital compliance.

  Essential Requirements:
   

• Educational Foundation: A degree in Information Technology or a completed vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker).

• Leadership Presence: Proven experience in coordinating technical teams and managing stakeholder expectations at a senior level.

• Technical Versatility: Deep expertise in the Windows ecosystem (hardware/OS) paired with a solid understanding of modern networking.

• Project Delivery: A track record of successfully managing IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

• Fluent German and English: Fluent professional communication skills, capable of navigating the nuances between local operations and a German HQ.
