I am partnered with a global semiconductor company in Bucharest, who are looking for a Senior Concept Engineer for their team.

ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Define architectures for future TMR and Hall-based Magnetic Integrated Sensors
- Create high level models using MATLAB and/or Python to demonstrate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions
- Generate specifications for analog/digital modules and firmware components in order to fulfill the overall requirements
- Review outcome of implementation and verification activities against the architecture specification
- Closely cooperate with cross-functional project members as Technical Marketing, Analog & Digital Design, Firmware Development, Technology Development, Lab Verification & Test Engineers
- Create and maintain specification database
- Explore new architectures and circuit, test and verification concepts to meet Product Roadmaps and future industry trends
- Create and review patents.

Qualifications RequiredÂ
- Master’s degree or a PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Physics or equivalent field.
- 5+ years expertise in semiconductor product definition, product design or testing (integrated or discrete)
- Experience in modeling product performance and/or behavior using MATLAB Simulink, SystemC, Verilog-AMS, Python or similar.
- Knowledge of circuit compensation techniques, statistical data analysis and/or digital signal processing algorithms is beneficial
- Fluency in English.
