Responsibilities
- Develop and document test plan for new devices.
- Design and debug test SW & HW for Production & Reliability.
- Debug new silicon.
- Bring quality and cost-effective test solution for mass production.
- Oversee test related activities (HW & SW) with both internal and external test house.
- Implement test programs, modify and release into offsite production.

- In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process
- Must be able to communicate well in English – both written and oral
- Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology
- Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal, PMIC Devices with hands on VLSI ATE experience. System level & RF/SOC experience is a plus
- Strong programming skills in writing and debugging test programs and HW related issues. Competency in programming with Scripting languages (i.e.., Perl/Python) and high-level languages (i.e.., C/C++ or JAVA)
- Highly preferred knowledge on V93000 SOC Tester – Smartest 7 or Smartest 8
- Validated experience with test equipment (i.e.., Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, VNA, etc.)
- You should be a standout colleague, working well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
