Business Development Manager – Logistics & Automation Solutions (Benelux)
Position Overview
A fast-growing international provider of robotics and intelligent automation solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the Benelux logistics and manufacturing automation market.
This is a front-line commercial role focused on acquiring new customers, winning projects, and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue. The position is suited for highly motivated sales professionals with a strong track record in solution-based industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of business growth and revenue generation in the Benelux region.

Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers, including system integrators, distributors, installers, and end users.

Develop and execute territory and account development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.

Lead commercial discussions, deliver compelling product and solution presentations, and conduct negotiations.
-
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closing and revenue realization.
-
Maintain and expand long-term relationships with key customers to support repeat business and upselling.
-
Collaborate closely with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to deliver competitive proposals.

Represent the organization at trade fairs, customer events, and industry exhibitions.

Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
-
Proven success in B2B sales or business development within logistics automation, manufacturing automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.

Strong experience selling to system integrators, logistics operators, or industrial end users in the Benelux region.
-
Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and consistently achieve sales targets.
-
Established professional network in sectors such as logistics, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, electronics, automotive, food, or retail is highly desirable.

Experience with solution-based, consultative, or project-driven sales models is a strong advantage.
