About the Company
Our client is a global technology company specialising in industrial automation, process control, and digital transformation solutions. The company partners with industrial customers to improve operational efficiency, safety, and productivity through advanced automation platforms, instrumentation, software, and engineering expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for the Turkish market.
- Achieve assigned sales revenue and profitability targets.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the region.
- Lead project pursuits, commercial negotiations, tender submissions, and contract discussions.
- Identify new market opportunities and support long-term business growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience within industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong preference for candidates with Oil & Gas or Process Industry account management experience.
- Knowledge of DCS, PLC, instrumentation, industrial software, and automation solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Established network within the Turkish industrial, energy, or process industries is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
