Overview
A growing international technology company is seeking an HR Specialist to support HR operations
This position combines operational HR administration, employee lifecycle management, compliance support, recruitment coordination, and organizational transition projects. The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys HR operations, process coordination, and working in a multicultural environment.
The workload is approximately:
- 70% HR Operations & Projects
- 30% Recruitment & Coordination
A significant aspect of the role involves supporting organizational restructuring and legal entity transitions during the company’s expansion phase.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle (70%)
Employee Administration
- Support onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems and internal databases.
- Ensure personnel documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with IT, administration, and business teams.
Benefits & Employee Support
- Assist with employee benefits administration.
- Support insurance, allowances, and related HR programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and HR-related requests.
HR Projects
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with organizational restructuring and entity transition activities.
- Coordinate with headquarters HR teams across multiple countries.
Compliance Support
- Help ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Maintain HR compliance documentation.
- Support audits and internal reviews when required.
Contracts, Immigration & Documentation
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Track contract approvals and signatures.
- Maintain digital personnel files.
- Assist with work permit and visa processes.
- Coordinate documentation between local and international stakeholders.
Recruitment & Coordination (30%)
Recruitment Support
- Support intern and entry-level hiring activities.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Communicate with candidates throughout recruitment stages.
Employer Branding
- Support recruitment campaigns.
- Assist with recruitment channels and talent attraction initiatives.
- Help organize recruitment-related activities and events.
Vendor & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with:
- Payroll providers
- Insurance providers
- Occupational health services
- Other HR vendors
- Assist with:
- Team events
- Employee engagement activities
- Office administration support
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Related discipline
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- HR Operations
- HR Administration
- HR Coordination
- Experience in multinational organizations preferred.
Technical Skills
- HRIS experience required.
- Experience with Personio is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with HR databases and documentation management.
Languages
Required
- Chinese/Mandarin (fluent)
