The Opportunity

We’re supporting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join a highly skilled engineering team developing next-generation IoT and Connected Platform Services.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll help shape scalable cloud-native solutions while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across a modern distributed platform.

You’ll be working throughout the full software lifecycle—from architecture and development through to deployment, operations, CI/CD and continuous improvement—within an agile engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of cloud-native software solutions.

• Develop scalable microservices using TypeScript, Go (Golang) and Java.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code reviews.

• Work closely with Architects, Product Owners and Engineering teams to define technical solutions.

• Design and implement distributed, event-driven architectures.

• Develop REST APIs and gRPC services.

• Build highly available, scalable backend systems.

• Support CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.

• Improve platform reliability, performance, observability and maintainability.

• Guide architectural decisions while balancing delivery, scalability and long-term maintainability.
