Founding GTM Lead
We are looking for a Founding GTM Lead with 3-6 years of experience to build Sirius AI’s sales motion from the ground up. Sirius is an a16z-backed autonomous revenue retention platform for consumer subscription brands, currently at seven figures in ARR with a fully inbound/referral pipeline — and zero outbound motion. You’ll be the first dedicated sales hire, owning the entire commercial cycle end-to-end: from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals. This is a true founding team seat where you’ll shape GTM strategy alongside the CEO, not just execute someone else’s playbook.
What will you be doing?
- Building and owning the outbound sales motion from scratch — prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise deals (six-figure minimum ACV)
- Managing the full sales cycle end-to-end in Salesforce: lead qualification, opportunity management, contract signing, and reporting directly to the CEO
- Collaborating on partnerships — attending events, sourcing high-leverage relationships with platforms and agencies, and being the face of Sirius externally
- Defining and refining ICP, segmentation, and positioning as the market evolves
- Closing existing inbound pipeline while simultaneously building scalable outbound workflows and acquisition loops
