ABB 450 TO ABB 800 Migration Automation Engineer
Assignment Description
Design of manufacturing equipment for process automation.
Convert legacy control systems. ABB AC450 to ABB AC800M (Automation/PLC Programming)
Assess the nature and scope of the work. Documentation. Participate in commissioning.
Work both in a project group and independently.
PLC . We mainly use ABB 800M, 800xA, Siemens S7, but also have older variants of ABB systems as well as a few other systems such as AllenBradley.
In this assignment, the emphasis is on converting the AC450 control systems to ABB800M.
