Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Regional Director to lead the mining equipment rental business in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for regional sales performance, team development, customer development, revenue, profit, contract management and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for regional sales targets, including contract signing, revenue and profit.
• Build and manage the regional sales team.
• Develop the road construction equipment and mining equipment rental market.
• Manage key performance indicators across branches, stores and projects within the assigned region.
• Lead customer and project qualification, including commercial risk and payment collection risk assessment.
• Oversee the full process of contract management, settlement and payment collection.
• Protect company funds and reduce operational and collection risks.
• Build a high-performing sales team and implement company culture locally.
• Create a healthy, compliant and results-driven team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Strong candidates with college-level education may also be considered.
• 8+ years of sales experience.
• At least 5 years of sales management experience.
• Background in engineering, B2B sales, mining equipment, construction machinery, heavy equipment rental or related sectors preferred.
• Basic financial knowledge and strong understanding of revenue, profit and payment collection.
• Proficient in office software.
• Strong strategic thinking, management capability, business sense and negotiation skills.

Preferred Candidate Background
Candidates can come from mining owners, smelting companies, EPC contractors or general contractors. Relevant target backgrounds include key account managers, sales directors, material / procurement leaders or business development leaders from companies connected to mining, smelting, heavy equipment or large industrial projects.
