IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Position: IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin (Requirement: 2 days per week on-site)

Start Date: Earliest February 15, 2026

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Career Starters: Not suitable (minimum 3 years experience required)
Core Responsibilities (Aufgaben)
-
Responsibility for leading, steering, and achieving project goals for complex IT projects involving diverse stakeholders.
-
Goal-oriented leadership of the project team and any involved external contractors.
-
Definition and enforcement of project management methods and procedures in compliance with internal standards.
-
Conducting regular meetings and status updates with shareholder representatives and contracted industrial companies.
-
Preparation of status reports, decision templates, and recommendations for action.
-
Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of presentations and workshops with internal and external interest groups.
-
Active risk management, including deciding on and implementing measures for risk minimization and avoidance.
-
Active support of project-specific external communication and press relations.
-
Planning, controlling, and updating the project budget in coordination with relevant departments.
-
Execution of quality assurance measures, particularly the quality inspection of deliverables.

Creation and coordination of contractual Change Requests.
Required Qualifications (Qualifikationen)
-
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science with business qualification, or a comparable university education.
-
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience as a project manager in the IT environment or the healthcare sector.

Core Skills:
-
Proven experience in steering external service providers.
-
In-depth knowledge of project management (classic and agile); initial experience with SAFe is helpful.

Solid understanding of complex IT infrastructures.
-
Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage conflicts to reach consensus.

Strong team player with a stringent results-oriented way of working.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-
Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a structured, independent work style.

High level of customer and service orientation.
