Company Overview
Our client is a sizeable Hong Kong-listed company and one of the leading construction equipment rental and equipment operation service providers in Asia. The company provides construction equipment rental, aerial work platforms, scaffolding, formwork, shoring systems, engineering support, equipment operation services and industrial site solutions.
With a strong presence in China and an expanding footprint across overseas markets, the business is now growing further across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. As part of this international expansion, they are hiring several senior sales and HR professionals across Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Major Account Store Manager / KA Sales Lead to drive key account development and management in the Hong Kong market. This person will be responsible for developing major customers, building long-term client relationships, enabling the sales team with key account sales methodology, and delivering revenue, payment collection and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle development and management of major accounts in the Hong Kong market.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with core customers.
  • Support the Hong Kong sales team with key account sales methodology, standardised tools and practical coaching.
  • Improve the team’s capability in major account development, customer management and deal conversion.
  • Integrate internal and external resources to convert opportunities into revenue, payment collection and profit.
  • Take ownership of business results for major account sales in the Hong Kong market.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, contract execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in major account sales, key account management or strategic customer development.
  • Experience in the Hong Kong market is highly preferred.
  • Background in construction engineering, industrial B2B sales, construction equipment, equipment rental, scaffolding, formwork, shoring systems or related sectors is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the full key account development and management process.
  • Able to provide practical sales methodology, tools and successful case examples.
  • Strong business negotiation, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong ability to convert customer resources into actual revenue and profit.
  • Good Cantonese communication skills are required.
  • Sales management or team coaching experience would be a plus.
