Account Executive
We are looking for an Account Executive with 4+ years of experience to own new customer revenue and build the sales engine from the ground up at CodeIntegrity. You’ll be joining a technical founding team that has been running founder-led sales and is now ready to bring on a dedicated closer who can operate in a greenfield market — creating a new category of security guardrails for AI agents. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of fast career growth, experience selling cybersecurity or adjacent technical products to enterprise buyers, and thrives in a build-over-operate environment. This is a rare opportunity to shape the go-to-market motion at a freshly funded startup in one of the hottest emerging spaces in cybersecurity.
What will you be doing?
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close, selling to CISOs and security leaders at regulated enterprises with ACVs of $300K–$1M
- Build and iterate on the sales pipeline, playbook, and positioning — this is 60% building, 40% closing
- Deliver buyer-facing tech demos that connect CodeIntegrity’s platform to customer risk, architecture, and priorities (no SE support)
- Run sharp discovery with security leaders and platform teams adopting AI agents, positioning a novel product in language they understand
- Help lay the foundation for a broader GTM team, potentially assisting in building out BDR/demand gen pod structure
