Founding Account Executive
We are looking for a hyper-competitive Account Executive with 3+ years of experience to own the full revenue cycle at Titan — one of the fastest-growing companies in the founder coaching space. This is a rare opportunity to sell high-value engagements to elite Series A–C founders backed by Sequoia, a16z, Index, and Benchmark, while helping build the GTM engine of a profitable, rocket-ship company.
What will you be doing?
- Source, pitch, and close $80K ACV coaching engagements with Series A–C founders
- Serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to founder clients throughout their journey
- Network with ex-founders ($1B+ exits) to recruit them as Titan coaches
- Work directly with the founder to drive toward $30M ARR this year and $60M ARR next year
- Hungrily take on additional responsibilities and help build out Titan’s GTM engine
Key Requirements
- Proven AE/sales background with experience in complex, consultative, or high-ACV sales (e.g., selling to CXOs, enterprise AI, or professional services)
- Intense, figure-it-out energy — able to push back on and hold their own with strong founder/CEO personalities
- Ability to quickly learn to “talk the talk” with sophisticated founders and operators
- Hyper-competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to grow beyond a defined scope
- Based in or willing to relocate to Brooklyn, NY — this role is fully in-person, 5 days/week
