Quality Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Bremerhaven
As Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will report directly to our management team and be responsible for the quality management system according to DIN EN 9100 for our Bremerhaven location. You will ensure that all quality processes are effectively implemented, lead the quality management team, and act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
About the Position
•
Organization, planning, and management of the quality management system according to DIN EN 9100
•
Ensuring and further developing the principles and requirements defined in the quality management manual
•
Responsibility for the development, maintenance, and documentation of the QM system
•
Preparation, execution, and support of internal and external audits
•
Analysis of root causes of errors and definition and implementation of corrective actions
•
Leadership and development of assigned employees
•
Participation in projects and quality circles
•
Annual direct reporting to senior management on the effectiveness and compliance of the QM system
About You
•
Training as a technician or master craftsman in electrical, aerospace, or aviation engineering, or comparable qualification
•
Alternatively, technical vocational training (e.g., electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, aircraft electronics) with relevant professional development
•
Completed training courses/certificates: Quality Management Representative, Aviation Law, Internal/External Auditor according to DIN EN 9100
•
Several years of practical experience as Quality Management Leader
•
Expertise in QM systems and methods, as well as technical documentation
•
Vocational knowledge of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
•
Excellent German and good English skills
•
Open and proactive communication, strong leadership skills, structured work style, and decisiveness
