Senior Recruiter – Semiconductor Manufacturing (Contract)
Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands (must be based in or within commuting distance of Nijmegen)
Duration: 6-month contract
Languages: Dutch (mandatory – fluent) & English (professional)

About the Role
At NXP Semiconductors, we are shaping the future of secure connectivity and embedded applications. To support our manufacturing operations in Nijmegen, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in semiconductor and high-tech environments.

You will play a key role in hiring FAB technicians and technical talent essential to maintaining and scaling production operations, for ICN8

Your Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles, including:
- FAB technicians
- Cleanroom operators
- Technical specialists
Partner closely with on-site hiring managers, HRBPs, and production leadership in Nijmegen
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for semiconductor talent in the Dutch market
Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local networks
Conduct screening interviews in Dutch
Manage and coordinate interview processes with on-site teams
Ensure strong candidate fit with technical requirements and NXP culture
Deliver an excellent candidate experience, particularly for local talent
Provide market intelligence on talent availability in the Nijmegen / Netherlands region
Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and internal policies
Maintain accurate ATS documentation and reporting

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within:
- Semiconductors
- High-tech manufacturing environments

Proven experience hiring:

- FAB technicians
- Cleanroom or production staff
- Technical or engineering profiles
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments
Fluent Dutch (mandatory – essential for local hiring and stakeholder engagement)
Professional English communication skills
Based in Nijmegen region or within commuting distance (required)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on, delivery-driven approach in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience in the Dutch semiconductor talent market
Familiarity with Nijmegen / Brainport ecosystem
Experience in large, international matrix organizations
Exposure to cleanroom or fab environments
